Meet Your Lead Wrangler
& Her Half-Pint Hosts
My story began on a North Dakota ranch, where the rhythm of livestock and the wide-open horizon weren't just a backdrop—they were my foundation. From competing in horse shows and rodeos to the daily dedication of raising animals, I learned early on that true integrity is built on hard work and a deep respect for the animals in our care.
Today, I’ve traded the rolling plains for the rugged peaks of the Whitefish Range, but that ranch-raised heart remains the same. Montana Beer Burros is where my lifelong love for animals meets my passion for the outdoors. I created this business to bring a refined, authentic, piece of Western heritage to the celebrations that matter most.
Alongside my 'half-pint' hosts—our expertly trained and elegantly outfitted burros—I personally oversee every appearance to ensure a seamless, polished experience. From grand celebrations to intimate mountain gatherings, we’re here to deliver a touch of timeless frontier charm to the heart of the Flathead Valley.
Your lead wrangler,

The Herd
Pearl
Pearl is the vibrant heart of our herd. As the natural leader, she is exceptionally social and always the first to extend a warm welcome. With her colorful coat and big personality, she makes sure everyone feels like part of the family the moment they arrive.
Poppy
Poppy is a total sweetheart who has never met a stranger. She is remarkably gentle and thrives on human connection, making her the perfect companion for guests of all ages. If there’s a scratch or a snack being offered, you can bet Poppy will be there to enjoy it.
Poncho
While he carries himself with a bit of "strong and silent" dignity, Poncho is just as affectionate as the girls. He is a thoughtful observer who can’t help but come right over to check you out the moment you drop down to his level for a proper hello.
