Our Experience Standard

Each of our burros is accompanied by a dedicated, expertly trained handler. With a background in both equine care and high-end hospitality, our wranglers provide a refined level of service that is as safe as it is engaging—managing every detail so you can focus on the celebration.
The Packing Gear:
Our burros arrive expertly outfitted in traditional Sawbuck pack saddles, featuring insulated boxes designed to keep your beverages perfectly chilled. Whether you’re serving local brews, premium chilled refreshments, or unique party favors, our equipment is ready to carry any items you desire.
Please note: Montana Beer Burros provides the professional transport; all beverages, alcoholic or non-alcoholic, must be provided by the client or caterer.
Careful Transit & Prep:
We manage all logistics and arrive early for a 30-minute preparation window to ensure the herd is dressed and ready before the first guest arrives.
Leave No Trace:
Our burros are equipped with discreet "bun bags" to ensure your venue remains spotless. We take pride in leaving every space exactly as we found it.
